Delete your Curby account.
You can request account deletion here without reinstalling the app.
What will be deleted
Deletion permanently removes your Curby account, profile, vehicles, service and mileage history, notes, and uploaded files from active Curby systems. Cleanup can continue in the background after your request is accepted. A minimal account identifier remains to prevent delayed uploads from restoring deleted data. Provider-held copies and support correspondence may require separate cleanup; see the Privacy Policy.
Check your subscription first
Account deletion and app-store billing are separate. Manage or cancel any subscription through Apple or Google Play. These stores may retain their own transaction records.
You can also request deletion in the app under Settings → your profile → Delete Account & Data. For help, email support@becurby.com. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
Sign in to your Curby account
Use the same email and Curby password you use in the app. Signing in does not delete anything.
Forgot your password or use Apple or Google sign-in? Request a password-reset link using the email shown in your Curby profile, then return here. If you cannot access that email, contact support.
