Curby is operated by Apexpixel LLC.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the time you agreed to receive a launch notification in our Supabase database. We use it to tell you when Curby is ready to download. We do not use the waitlist to access your vehicle or service records. To leave the waitlist or request removal of your email before launch, email support@becurby.com. The launch email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Password recovery

When you request a password reset, you provide an email address. The website sends that address to the Supabase Auth project used by the Curby app so a recovery email can be sent. When you choose a new password, it is submitted to Supabase Auth over an encrypted connection. This website does not store your password in its own database.

Account deletion

The account deletion page uses your Curby email and password to verify account ownership through Supabase Auth. Its sign-in session stays in memory rather than persistent browser storage. Signing in does not delete an account; you must separately confirm permanent deletion. The request removes active Curby account records and uploaded files through a background process. A minimal account identifier and completion record remain to prevent delayed processing from recreating deleted data.

This automated process does not erase copies in service-provider logs, stored AI requests, or support correspondence. Stored Google image interactions currently have a 55-day retention setting. Other provider-held copies follow the applicable service retention rules. For help with these copies or support messages, email support@becurby.com. App-store subscriptions and the stores’ own transaction records are managed separately by Apple or Google.

Website use

The public information pages do not request your vehicle or service records. Basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the website may be processed by the hosting provider and your browser.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits and page views on the public information pages. Vercel processes limited technical information, such as the page visited, referrer, general location, device type, and browser, for aggregate traffic reports. We exclude password recovery, account deletion, and beta-console pages from Web Analytics events.

Recovery links and sessions

Recovery links are time limited. The browser may temporarily store a Supabase authentication session while you complete the reset. After a successful password change, the website signs out that browser session.
